Responsible for all baking and pastry food product - Banquets, breakfast, breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner, meal sites and outlets - includes planning, scheduling, organizing and directing work, training personnel. Responsible for NPS, Brand Standard and Internal Audits. Responsible for ordering of supplies, supervision & training of staff, monthly inventories and deputization of sous chefs. Monitors employee clock in and clock out. Assists in oversight of Employee Dining Room. Our season is typically May through early October.
_REQUIREMENTS:_
1 year pastry chef experience
_PREFERRED SKILLS:_
Multi Outlet resort experience
Knowledge of advanced pastry techniques, cake decorating, breads and doughs
High volume production
