_RESPONSIBLE FOR:_
Assisting waitstaff and our guests in all areas of the restaurant in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner
Greeting guests by offering them a warm, heartfelt welcome to the dining room
Cleaning and resetting counters and tables
Assisting servers with all beverage service by refilling beverages when appropriate
Ensuring prompt, accurate service with anticipation of, and compliance with, all guest and waitstaff needs
_REQUIREMENTS:_
Ability to work long shifts and varied hours
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Excellent people skills
Excellent communication skills
_PREFERRED SKILLS:_
Previous Food & Beverage experience
Fine Dining experience
_LOCATION SPECIFIC INFORMATION:_
Blue Heron Lounge at Jackson Lake Lodge offers a casual dining rendezvous. The newly introduced concept includes delectable small bite lunch offerings and tapas style finger food small plates for dinner showcasing new fusion cuisines and dishes. A Busperson at this location is also responsible for completing all assigned pre-shift side duties to ensure that the dining room is set and ready to go 15 minutes prior to opening. Our season is typically May through October.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
