Responsible for opening, setting up, running and closing of the bakery, Prepare all baked and pastry goods to specification by the chef. Follow standard recipes at all times. Responsible for the safety and cleanliness of the bakery. This position generally works a 36-48 hour work week, early May through September.

Required to live in the assigned housing or RV location on property at all times
6 Months minimum pastry and baking experience
PREFERRED SKILLS: _

Knowledge of different breads, doughs and pastries _

High volume baking and pastry _
