Responsible for providing quality food and beverage service to our guests in a prompt, courteous and professional manner. Ensure prompt accurate service with anticipation and compliance to make sure all guests' needs are provided for. Set all tables and assist in the set up of other miscellaneous stations. Attends pre-meal meetings; make notes of items being served and of any other information important to the banquet function.
REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent people skills

Able to work long hours and variable shifts

Mural Room at Jackson Lake Lodge is a culinary experience with a twist which defines Rocky Mountain cuisine. The Mural Room offers local buffalo and sustainable seafood--with all prepared fresh at our on-site butcher shop and bakery. For breakfast, our buffet offers delicacies such as Belgian waffles and Eggs Benedict. For lunch we offer a selection of small dishes, salads, sandwiches and light fare options. The dessert menu features new age desserts along with homemade ice cream and sorbets.
