The Senior Assistant is the face and voice of the HR Department. Guest service is the number 1 priority. Position is responsible for the smooth operation of the front office, processing job offers, on-boarding, maintaining employee files, answering phones, sorts mail, works on projects including organizing Social Security Administration trip , performing internal I-9 Audits, assisting with advertising and with the recruiting plan, etc. Maintaines adequate level of office supplies, and handles minor employee relation issues. Must have proficient computer skills, be extremely organized, adept at multitasking and detail oriented
The Human Resources Coordinator is the face and voice of the HR Department and is expected to maintain a high level of guest service for all internal guests (employees). This position is responsible for the smooth operation of the front office including on-boarding and off-boarding of employees, data entry in PeopleSoft, e-Verify, maintaining employee files, answering phones, printing name tags and ID cards, and working on various projects including performing internal I-9 Audits, position management, etc. The Human Resources Coordinator must have proficient computer skills, be extremely organized, adept at multitasking, and detail oriented.
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong written and verbal English skills
Ability to multi-task
Strong guest service skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience in office setting and/or HR Department helpful
Experience with PeopleSoft

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
