Do you enjoy working with meat? Do you have professional meat fabrication experience? Are you interested in working and living in Grand Teton National Park? Are you looking for an Experience of a Lifetime? If you answered, ‚€œYes‚€ to these questions, this position is great for you!¬ 

The Meat Cutter is responsible for preparing all meat orders within the butcher shop for all locations on a daily basis, while additionally assisting the Head Butcher in supervision of the Butcher's Assistant.

The ‚€œmust haves‚€ for this position include:

  • ¬ 1¬ year Meat Fabrication experience

We prefer that you additionally have the following skills / experience, but it is not required:

  • Meat Fabrication certificates

  • Knowledge of different kinds of meat, seafood, smoking ,brining techniques

  • High volume meat fabrication

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
